Public Offer
This document is a public offer (Clause 2 of Article 437 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation) by Polina Mikhailovna Ermolina, applying the special tax regime “Professional Income Tax” (self-employed, Federal Law No. 422-FZ of 27 November 2018), INN 500319287601, e-mail: ermolinapolina358@gmail.com (the “Contractor”) to any person with legal capacity (the “Customer”) to conclude a contract for the paid provision of services on the terms below.
1. Subject matter
The Contractor provides the service of granting access to the paid features of the Neolex website under the selected plan for the paid period, and the Customer pays for it.
2. Plans and prices
- “Premium for Students” — 790 ₽ for 1 month, 2 130 ₽ for 3 months, 3 790 ₽ for 6 months, 6 590 ₽ for 12 months. Trial week — 79 ₽.
- “For Mentors, Tutors and Universities” — 1 290 ₽ for 1 month, 3 490 ₽ for 3 months, 6 190 ₽ for 6 months, 10 790 ₽ for 12 months.
Prices are in roubles. The Contractor applies the professional income tax and is not a VAT payer (Part 8 of Article 2 of Law No. 422-FZ). Current prices are published in the “Plans” section.
3. Acceptance
Acceptance of the offer (Article 438 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation) consists of the following actions taken together: ticking the box “I accept the terms of the public offer” and paying for the selected plan. The contract is deemed concluded from the moment the payment is received.
4. Provision of services
Access is granted within 24 hours after payment, usually immediately. The service is deemed provided daily during the paid period.
5. Auto-renewal
If the Customer has separately agreed to auto-renewal, at the end of the period the subscription is renewed for the same period at the current price with recurring charges to the linked card. 3 days before the charge, the Contractor sends a reminder by e-mail. Auto-renewal can be turned off at any time in the profile or via feedback; access remains until the end of the paid period. After the trial week, the subscription is renewed for 1 month only if the Customer has agreed to auto-renewal.
6. Receipts
For each payment, the Contractor generates a receipt in the “My Tax” (Moi Nalog) app and sends it to the Customer’s e-mail (Article 14 of Law No. 422-FZ).
7. Refunds
Refund terms are described in the “Payment and Refund Terms” document.
8. Liability and disputes
The parties are liable in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation. Claims are sent to ermolinapolina358@gmail.com and are considered within 10 days.
9. Term
The offer is valid until it is withdrawn by the Contractor. Amendments do not apply to a period already paid for.
