Deletion of Account and Personal Data

You may at any time demand the deletion of your account and all your personal data, or withdraw your consent to their processing (Articles 9, 14 and 21 of Federal Law No. 152-FZ).

How to send a request

• write to ermolinapolina358@gmail.com with the subject “Data deletion” from the address specified in your account, or state your nickname;
• or open the feedback form and select the subject “Deletion of personal data”.

What will happen

Within 10 business days, the Operator will delete your profile, posts, comments, reviews, subscriptions, country map and contacts and will notify you of this. Payment information is stored for the periods established by tax legislation and is then destroyed. Data stored only in your browser (matching profile, favourites, checklists) can be deleted by you: “Browser settings → Clear site data”.
