Consent to the Dissemination of Personal Data

This consent is given in accordance with Article 10.1 of Federal Law No. 152-FZ separately from any other consents. By ticking the relevant box, I authorise Polina Mikhailovna Ermolina, applying the special tax regime “Professional Income Tax” (self-employed, Federal Law No. 422-FZ of 27 November 2018), INN 500319287601, e-mail: ermolinapolina358@gmail.com to disseminate (make available to an unlimited number of users of the Neolex Website) the following personal data of mine, which I personally provide in my public profile:

• name and nickname, profile photo, role;
• country and city of residence;
• map of visited countries, descriptions of experience and place names;
• the “Highlights” section, posts, comments, reviews, questions and answers;
• number of followers and subscriptions;
• contact details (phone, Telegram, WhatsApp, Instagram, YouTube, website) — only if I have provided them.

Conditions and prohibitions

These data may be made available to an unlimited number of persons only through the Website interface; copying, collection and further dissemination of the data by other users without my consent are prohibited by the User Agreement. I may at any time delete any information from my profile, thereby prohibiting its dissemination.

Term and withdrawal

The consent is valid until it is withdrawn. A demand to stop dissemination is sent to ermolinapolina358@gmail.com; the Operator stops dissemination within 3 business days of receipt of the demand (Part 14 of Article 10.1 of the Law).
