Consent to the Processing of Personal Data

I, a user of the Neolex website, by ticking the relevant box on the Website, freely, of my own will and in my own interest, give specific, objective, informed, conscious and unambiguous consent to Polina Mikhailovna Ermolina, applying the special tax regime “Professional Income Tax” (self-employed, Federal Law No. 422-FZ of 27 November 2018), INN 500319287601, e-mail: ermolinapolina358@gmail.com (the “Operator”) to process my personal data on the following terms (Article 9 of Federal Law No. 152-FZ “On Personal Data”).

1. List of data

Name, nickname, photo, country and city of residence, information about countries visited, role, study goals, information about education, language proficiency and exam results, study budget, e-mail, phone number and links to messengers and social networks (if I have provided them), posts, comments, reviews, subscriptions, technical data (cookies, local storage, account identifier).

2. Purposes

Registration and maintenance of the profile; matching of study programmes, scholarships and internships; operation of the feed, subscriptions, reviews and the country map; connecting with mentors and universities; performance of the public offer agreement and sending of receipts; responding to enquiries and moderation.

3. Operations and methods

Collection, recording, systematisation, accumulation, storage, clarification, retrieval, use, transfer (provision, access) to the persons specified in the Policy, blocking, deletion, destruction, using automated means.

4. Term and withdrawal

The consent is valid until the purposes of processing are achieved or until it is withdrawn. I may withdraw the consent by sending a notice to ermolinapolina358@gmail.com or via the feedback form. After withdrawal, the Operator stops processing and destroys the data within 30 days, except where processing is permitted by law without consent.

I confirm that I have read the Personal Data Processing Policy. If I am under 14, this consent is given by my legal representative; if I am between 14 and 18, I confirm that I am acting with the consent of my legal representative.
